I'm a little late posting, so we'll make this week Monday instead of Sunday.

Some tips for consistent weigh-ins:


Weigh yourself first thing in the morning

Don't weigh yourself right after eating or drinking

Try to use the same scale each week

Only wear lights clothes on the scale

    I'll be going to the clinic for lab work at the crack of dawn tomorrow. I don't have an accurate scale so do my weigh ins there.
