Okay, so I was searching for groups and came across this one. Looked at it, left it, came back, made excuses why I couldn't do it, considered you all might be crazy :-) considered being crazy myself, made more excuses ... and finally decided to give it a shot! 8-) Leaving in a few to start my first five mile walk. Taking phone in case an ambulance or cab will be needed. 8-) Good luck to everyone!

    using my pedometer at work today for the first time, 8 hours in to a 12 hour shift and I have walkes 2.65 miles. Cant wait to see what the total will be.
