Physical Fitness Test

Hey all!

Did you do the Physical Fitness Test (http://www.fitnessblender.com/v/article-detail/Fitness-Blender-s-PFT-Physical-Fitness-Test/d2/) when you started or at some point?

I decided in February that I needed more structure and bought the 4 week low impact plan which starts and ends with a PFT, and when I was done I started the 8 week plan no. 4, which I'm currently at.

If you didn't do it yet, I'd really recommend it. I was so proud of myself when I improved in every single category after the low impact plan and can't wait to see how I'll be doing at the end of my current programme :happy:

  • I did! I loved it made me feel really awesome to know I could do an 11 minute mile. my goal is eventually to get down to 9!
