Hi Ladies! I'm a first time mommy to be. Little Matthew is expected in July! :) My midwife approved a 0 weight gain from this point (I've already gained 35lb). So I'm tracking my food everyday now. Making sure I get lots of nutrition, healthy fats, and protein. I love using myfitnesspal for tracking. I feel SO good when I get enough healthy fats and protein! Anyways, just wanted to say hey!
