Favourite Doctor Who album track?

Right before anyone gets their hopes up as far as im aware Doctor Who hasn't released an album, however if they did I would be on it like a car bonnet. What im mean when bands release albums most post love the singles, however sometimes the album tracks are better.
So what is your favourite Doctor Who album track? Episodes that people may have forgotten because they wasn't big episode such as The Day of the Doctor, impossible Astronaut etc?
My favourite has to be The Girl in the Fireplace where Tennat meets Madame de Pompadour, I love that its minutes for the Doctor but years for Madame de Pompadour, how she waits for him, similar to Amy but the final scene at her funeral when her husband gives the Doctor the letter and tells him what she thought of him always gets me in the feels
