Starbucks Teavana Oprah Chai Tea Soy Latte vegan?

I called Starbucks' main office & they assured me that the new Oprah's Chai tea latte is vegan. So I had one with soy. It was excellent! Are they correct about the chai tea mix being vegan or not?

    I asked my local SBX barista if it had any dairy in the syrup/mix and she said no. It doesn't mean it's vegan necessarily, but I'll try to find out tomorrow since it is b1g1 and I'd like to give it a try.
