Confession: I didn't feel like making this post today. I've been so tired lately, and i had an anxiety attack last night. Mostly, I still haven't lost weight. I'm due for a whoosh and time now, and my measurements are getting a little smaller, but I still feel stagnant.
Holding fast at 141 ish. But i still think it's awesome too see everybody making progress. You guys inspire me!

Thanks for posting this anyway and I hope you feel better. I didn't want to weigh in/post today either which is why I'm doing it so late.
I didn't lose any weight, but thankfully I didn't gain. Next week we are going on vacation and will not be back until Sunday night so I won't be weighing in on Saturday. My goal was to get below 130 before the trip, but that's apparently not going to happen. We're going to CO and will be doing a lot of hiking/walking, but will also be eating out every day...but I'm just going to enjoy myself and not stress about gaining weight. I know if I "gain" it will most likely be water weight.
Starting weight: 148.6 (Jan 1)
W 1: 135.6 (joined this group Feb 22)
W 8: 131.4
W 9: 136.2
W 10: 133.6
W 11: 131.6
W 12: 131.6
I'm really going to have to step up my exercise and/or change my diet if I'm ever going to lose these last few lbs. I knew that I had been losing really slowly, but didn't add it up until looking at the #s just now. Only 4 lbs lost since I joined this group 11 weeks ago.0 -

Hm Tuesdays are my weigh in day but I fluctuated a pound since Sunday.
Sw: 156 (feb 8)
