Week two check-in: half way to half way!

Well, it's Saturday night here in Vancouver, which means it's the end of week two of the challenge. I had a great week, but haven't been very good this weekend (I'm starting to notice a pattern...). I'm going to need to start being a bit stricter with myself so I don't undo all of my hard work during the week!
Goal wise, I got to the gym three times and did some running with my dog. I stuck to the gluten free, and limited my sugar intake pretttttyyyyyy well. And, I did make time to read.
Onwards and upwards - or downwards, if we're talking about the scale!
