Regarding the spreadsheet, does anyone want me to add a gap between this week and next weeks results, for you to predict how you will do??

I am personally happy the way it is. I am working on being happy with my steady progress and for me I know that I if I put it in my mind that I want to lose 2 lb and I only lose 1 lb I would feel like I failed and I won't be able to enjoy the 1 lb loss even though it is AWESOME!
My head is just messy that way.0 -
