Life starts at 60. Its true. whatever you have done before 60 pales in comparison. so I am going to get ready for 60 by finally getting in shape (i have one year and 2 months to go). Join me!

    I've thought about changing my birthdate on fb to avoid the whole turning 60 thing, but it's coming up on me like a freight train that can't be stopped. Sorry that I'm STILL fighting this weight thing, but determined to be a healthy weight once again and stay there! (Train arrives at the station in July) !!!

    Hittin' 60 in March. That's 10 mos to get myself health and happier than I am now. Please include me in any challenges / posts. I could really use some motivation and push.

    well im going to start today and I hope I will see some weight loss in a week im going to start walking the track, eat more healthy and do my zumba tapes in the morning , walk track in evening.
