Welcome to the John Muir Health and CCCSD Club Fit! In order to credit for your workouts, just leave a reply with your name, what you did and for how long. For example, "Morgan Malone 30 minutes running." That's all you need to do to get credit. But feel free to offer some words of wisdom, motivation or inspiration along the way!
