I'm half way through my first week. I think I'm doing good. Managed to stay under my calorie count every day except the first day. Sure has been an eye opening start to changing my eating habits. How is everyone else doing?

Jimmy Dean makes a lot of great flavor turkey sausage products, I pair those with egg whites sometimes with onions or mushrooms or a little cheddar. Very tasty and low carb.0
