Where are all the Forty, Fabulous and Fit Working moms???

Looking for support from other fabulous working moms in their forties. I am 45 with two teens (18 and 16). I work in an education related field. this was my first year working full time after many years of part time and the result is I have put on some weight. I need support to take it off. I only need to lose about 20 lbs but at 45, it is tough.
I am doing some running alternated with waling and a stepping machine. I really struggle with evening snacking. I try to squelsh this by sipping tea in the evening and exercising then, too,
