body combat?

Do you think a body combat class would be too much? I'm nearly 15 weeks I haven't really got a belly yet and I've been trying to exercise regularly. I've been wanting to join my friend for a session at the gym and the next time she's going she is doing a body combat class.

You could try it and just be prepared to go at a slower pace or modify the moves. I wouldn't push yourself to keep up if they are going fast (I gave up on my tae bo videos while preggo! lol) and I would avoid ab moves from your back.0

Umm I've been to body combat classe not pregnant. Just modify to lower intensity and don't jump around. It's a pretty fun class, works your whole body. If you are physically.fit and have been keeping up with exercise during pregnancy, then I don't see why not. I still do Zumba classes. But if this is you're first time exercising this pregnancy, I don't know if I would go.0
