Light Headed

Is anyone having light headedness while on Herbalife? I eat around 1500 cal.

    I haven't. Have some questions.....How long have you been on the products? What products are you taking? Are you doing two shakes a day? What do you do for your third meal? How's your water intake? Most important - have you checked with your coach?

    I was doing 2 shakes a day. I'm down to one now, light headiness is gone. I eat a lean meal for my third. 1 gallon of water a day.

    I get light headed when I drink the tea by itself. I just make sure to drink my shake with the tea or keep a piece of fruit near by.
