I just made this mayo recipe from Vegan Dad, and OMG. My days of dropping six bucks on Vegenaise at the health food store are OVER! Potato salad is back on the menu!!

I have to share this recipe with all of you. It's delicious and too easy - you probably have all the ingredients you need in your kitchen. I used some cheap olive oil and added a pinch of xanthan gum to thicken it all up.
Try it!

have you seen ten talents? its a very old seventh day adventist cookbook... seems like they had lots of home cooked versions of table condiments.... i remember making their ketchup... cant recall what else was in there... i know they are veg... not sure if they are total nondairy vega though.
