Managing RA naturally

Hello everyone! My name is Krista and I am glad to find your group!
I was diagnosed just 3mos ago but have battling RA for about 18mos. I started out taking meds prescribed by my dr but hated the side effects so decided to go the natural route. I take supplements, vitamins and use my diet to manage my RA. Been doing much better but still having flares from bad choices in either too much exercise/activity or food. Its hard staying on the line regarding diet! I am gluten free, milk free (I have been recently diagnosed with a casein allergy and gluten sensitivity) as well as staying away from sugar as much as possible (extremely high candida counts= leaky gut syndrome).
I was just wondering if anyone else is going the natural route with managing their RA. Its nice to have support from others going the same direction
