Great Morning - Because I was determined to walk!

Thank you for this group. This morning I woke up and got ready for my hike because I wanted to report that I had done my 30 minutes of walking. Even better, I woke my son and his girlfriend and convinced them to go to the lake with me for a hike and sit on the beach morning. I got a hike, company and sun...great morning. Perfect way to start my turn around on my mood.

    That's great!!!! I've been so unmotivated to walk or doing any exercise lately, but I'm going to join you and take my daughter and one of the dogs out to walk now, even if its 15 minutes . . gotta start somewhere.!!
