    Week 1: 74 kg, so I guess that's 163 lbs, right? I just started here so my progress is easy to see in the ticker. :)

    Week One: I had to adjust my initial weight from 140 to 145. But after one week I'm at 144!

    On 5/19 I was 154.4 and as of today 152.5 so I am down 1.9lbs!

    Just founds this group. I started my program on May 19th with a goal to lose 15 lbs in 3 months so this is perfect.
