I guess I am starting it off :-). I am Amy, and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have 3 daughters. The 2 youngest (10 & 11) have severe autism. Nice to meet everyone!

    Hi, I'm Debra and I live in Melbourne, Australia. I have a 27 year old son, Rory, who is blind and has severe Asperger's Syndrome. For the past year, Rory and I have been going to the gym together. Our local YMCA is very inclusive of those with special needs, and we get funding for a personal trainer once a week.

    I let my fitness and weight get away from me over the past 5 years, so I'm on a mission to get back to my pre-menopausal weight and to be fit again.
