hi ladies! I am so close but feel so far away! I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy 6 months ago and I have 20 left to go and I need some help! I have tried everything... I was doing the paleo thing for awhile but I think the lack of carbs started to make me feel sick once I started working out. I try to eat small meals every 3-4 hours but I seem to get so overwhelmed but the constant thought of food. my brain is already on overdrive with a new baby in the house. I think I need more easy to grab protein because lately I have been craving sugar at night. i am motivated and read to lose this weight any tips on what you ladies are doing would help so much. i am ebf and i thought that would help take all the weight off but it doesn't seem to be that way for me

The only advice I can give is to check out this post:

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants

Otherwise, be sure to keep your calories up! You can't sustain a milk supply with too few calories.

As far as continued weight loss, first recognize that you're actually not that far off from your pre-pregnancy weight when you take into account that you're BFing! I'm still about 50lbs away. *sigh* But for a lot of women those last 10-20 lbs are the hardest to lose while BFing.

Second, BFing is not the awesomest diet ever for everyone. There are many of us who struggle to lose weight at all while BFing (that group includes me) or those who can lose all but 10-20 lbs while BFing. The good news is, it supposedly gets a lot easier once you wean.

If it makes you feel better, the ladies who "luck out" and lose their baby weight and then some while BFing usually have a problem keeping that weight off once they wean. I'd rather be in my group than that group, I think!

If you'd like more help, you can also check out the BFing group on here:

    Best wishes!
