First weigh in

Good Morning All

Been on the Herbalife 10day programme and have my first weigh in today!!
I've found the plan simple to follow and in my mind wonder if it's too easy so am I doing something wrong?!
I would be greatful if you have any recipes for evening meals that you could share please?
Last night I made a chilli using quorn mince, tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, mushrooms, onions and chilli peppers. Served this with brown rice and sweet potato wedges. It was delicious and could have eaten the leftovers too but I used every ounce of will power and put in the freezer to use another day.

    Good luck with your wi today, sure it will go well. I have got to target now with Herbalife and am still using it as part of my maintenance plan because it is easy and I like it too !!

    Feel free to 'friend' to pick up any meal ideas if they would help although its usually meat, fish or chicken with loads of veg. Its so easy to track using MFP and I usually stick to lower level of calories during the week and have all my extras over the weekend - find that works best for me
