Ragnar Relay

I ran the DC Ragnar Relay in 2012 and I am captaining a co-ed team for this year's race in September. I have a couple open spots left on the team if there are any runners in the DC, MD, VA or surrounding area who would like to join our team. Anyone interested?

    Looking for 10K pace of 10 minutes or faster.
