    Great article! On the one hand my bone density tests came back with amazing results - I am above the 20yr old level for my height & wt. even though I am 50 (Mom has very dense bones too), on the other hand I already have reduced capacity for my mitochondria to produce energy due to mitochondrial damage re: fibromyalgia. I can't do land based weight training programs right now due to the arthritis in my hands & wrists but do resistance training in the water, as hard as I can manage. It seems to work as far as strength and bone density is doing, but who knows from here. I am upping my vitamin D though as suggested by the latest research. Well, I guess we just do the best we can...
