Just started yesterday

I just started Herbalife yesterday. Right now I'm doing the 2 shakes a day and the beverage mix. One thing I'm concerned about is getting all my calories in. I workout 30 to 60 minutes a day at the gym and my calorie goal is 1720 a day. I notice that if I don't eat that amount I don't lose anything. I work retail and barely have time to use the bathroom most days so sitting down and eating a big meal is not really realistic. By the time I get home it's usually 10:30 pm so I don't want to eat a big meal right before bed. I feel like it's going to be a struggle for me to eat 1000 calories everyday if I'm not home. Yes I could buy snacks and munch on them throughout my shift but it's all junk and that's why I'm doing Herbalife so I wouldn't eat that.

Nuts are always good to nibble on and high in calories but I very often have soya bean snacks. Herbalife do a good one in little bags and I also like Humdinger - Thai Sweet Chilli Edamame Beans which are also soya. Neither particularly cheap but I like the fact that they are high in protein which is always a good thing for losing weight I find. There are many choices when it come to snacking while using the Herbalife products and many are Herbalife products! My food log is open - feel free to take a look and send a friend request.
