RI30 question

I did 3 days this week from week 3 but then had a keratin treatment done to my hair and can't wear it up or her it wet for a couple of days so that now messed up my workouts for this week. I also joined a gym and an planning on starting a weight lifting routine on Monday which I will do 3 days a week along with some cardio. My question is should I start week 3 over on Monday or just forget it since I will be working out at he gym. Do u think doing both is pointless or too much?

    I think I would wait until Monday to start workouts (because of the hair). I think doing RI30 on days you don't go to the gym would be good. You could try doing both if you have the time. See how you feel?

    In my opinion, as long as you get the work in, that's all that matters. It doesn't have to be consecutive days. Personally, though, if I had to take more then 3 days off in a row I would repeat the week. But that is just because I'm trying to push myself pretty hard to stay on track with this.
