    Enlist the help of a friend to go out with you on your walks it will help you stay accountable.
    Remove some of the junk food out of your home. If it is there you will eat it. Treats occasionally are fine but junk food day in and day out is self defeating.
    If you take out some of the sugar from your diet you will have better energy because you won't be crashing from sugar all the time.
    Stay hydrated with WATER. ( add mint, lemon, or lime if you need some flavor)
    Keep it forefront in your mind why you are losing the weight, focus on small attainable goals, don't think big picture that can feel too overwhelming. Think one day at a time or even one meal at a time if you are really struggling.

    Everyone struggles. If losing weight was easy we would all be healthy and thin. Just keep up the fight!
