When I grew up, even now in the house, we will have times where we just vent. About whatever, mostly the things we didn't like. There is no judgement, no bias, no comment on the person above you! No shame in letting it out either!
My husband doesn't really understand as he doesn't have PCOS and thrives on the carbs, as most men do. I've had to resort to mandating he can have all the carbs he wants for lunch at work, not at home!
I REALLY HATE THIS LOW CARB DIET OF MINE SOME TIMES lol yes it works but you know a good taco or tostada or even ITALIAN sounds really good right now!
