I was very pleased with this recipe. Curly kale is $1.49 a bunch at Kroger. Kale chips at Whole Foods cost over $4.50 for 1 serving.
I striped the leaves off the central stem with my fingers. The stem will naturally snap off when it gets to the tender stem at the end. They really are addictive if you love greens already.
