I've been thinking about going back to a plant-base diet as well as trying to elimanate sugar. I find that sugar causes me a lot of inflammation especially in my knees. I love working out but had to change up my routine due to the pain in my knee. My husband and I are going to view the movie "Fed Up" in the hope that it will inspire me to give up sugar. I've done well in the past changing my diet and improving my health because of it, but this sugar thing has been the hardest. The no meat is a no brainer for me but the no sugar means basically no packaged products and recognizing all of the different names companies use for sugar. This should be interestering.
