Hi Mary,

I wanted to fill you in on the whole 90 day fitness plan idea, and see if you might have further suggestions.
I did go to Fit Click for maybe a week, and it was an epic fail!!! They did have a lot of videos and articles we
are just starting to have here, but it was hard to get them to play. More importantly, I had some difficultly log-
ging food-the search box would scroll up off the page, and I couldn't pull it back down. Even more difficult, the
exercise log only appeared at the very bottom of the screen, and I couldn't fill out the information they needed
to find specific exercises and instructors. I posted a request on my news feed for help and NO ONE got back
to me about it. I'm guessing a lot of it has to do with my CP, but it would have been nice to get some help from
the mods. Excellent workout and food plans over there, plus the ability to create a custom plan if you wanted.
The other problem was that the forums and news feeds didn't have a lot of activity at FC- I saw "recent" posts
that dated back to 2010!!! Did you manage to check it out? What did you think?

Next, I came back to MFP, did as you suggested, and left a post on Website Suggestions/Feedback about all
this. I asked if we could have suggested workout and food plan and the ability to custom create. One poster
replied, wondering what the mods might say. Once again, no mods.

Awhile back, I had seen Richard Simmons' 90 day plan Project HOPE at Amazon for $23.00. I bypassed it
because I got LS's RR and PS for Christmas. Went back and looked at it again a few days ago and it had
gone up to $44.00, then $214, then $440 and back to $90.00.E-bay had it for $25, then $45. I found it at
as seen on tv.com for $38, including shipping. That's the only time I've seen it at a stable price. Still mull-
ling it over. While I was thinking, I posted in Getting Started about it. I wondered if anyone liked it or didn't,
how they felt about doing it, what results they got. No one there has done it, just one person who had the
same questions I did.

Anyway, I wondered if you had any feedback about this, or anything else I've written. Thanks for everything.

Love, Sue

Hi Sue, when I read your posts in MFP's Website Suggestions/Feedback forum to the mods a while ago about the problems you were having with Fit Click I never got inspired to check it out, and I have been busy also, so that helped put it out of my mind. I should have told you but it slipped my mind completely :embarassed: .

Earlier this evening I sent you a message about Richard Simmons' 90 day plan Project HOPE and how I think that you are doing similar things to what he does in his plan when you are using Zumba Gold and Leslie walks for the cardio and standing core work when you do tummy crunches and cross over hands with knee lifts and alternating hands with kicks for balance etc, (ab/ core strengthing) and hand weights or firm band for the strength training components of his plan, but just adjusting it day by day to what you want to do or are able to do standing or in the wheelchair instead of a progressively more intense 90 day plan concept. (According to some information that I read about his plan on a random website I found).

Project Hope seems not to be available in his website's store or from known online retailers like Walmart/ Target etc. Neither is it available at Amazon except from private resellers who are selling it for a much higher than the earlier prices of the product that you had been keeping track of earlier on.

So all that to say that you are doing a great job doing your own versions of a circuit training sort of exercise plan, just not a written out 90 day plan, but the components are still there such as cardio and strength and standing core work for instance.

Of course you could always plan out when you want to do your various DVDs and keep track and plan to progressively increase when you are working out with the hand weights or walking the hallway and so on. Or just keep on free styling it. Either way you are rocking it indeed!!

You are an awesome inspiration for me to keep on working it when I don't want to so much.

    Hugs,
    :flowerforyou:
