Nonwhovian help

I know this isn't a Whovian post but there are a lot of people here that I automatically like and respect since you're Whovians, so I'm gonna ask.

Do you have a work out program you use--e.g. P90X/Insanity? Do you recommend it? What are it's *tennants* ?

And throw in a silly Whovian face gif if you can. :D There. Now it's Dr. Who related.

    I personally enjoy both Insanity and SL5x5. The former is a decent HIIT cardio program (though very intense) and the latter is a good basic strength training system.
