June is going to heat up!!! :glasses: Join this month’s fitness challenge!
Water is an essential element to every weight loss process. June’s challenge is to drink at least eight glasses of water a day for the month of June.
Adjust the goal to fit your personal needs.

Ugh I can't seem to get past 4-5 cups and that is pushing it to the limit....
Anyway today I have 2 cups down so far0 -
I'm totally dehydrated. I haven't had any water yet today. I will go drink some now!0
