Getting ready to head out the door to spend a few days with my daughter and family. My 8 year old grandson doesn't know that I'm coming and will be surprised when I pick him up from school. Can't wait!!!!
This will really be a true test to see how I do when traveling/visiting as I won't have my elliptical, exercise ball. Probably going to ride Ayden's Skylander's bike - now won't that be a pretty sight. Also taking the Wii board and see if Ayden or his dad can get it synched so I can use it.
Of course I seem to be taking the MI rain with me for the next couple of days. I did pack some traveling food high in protein for when I'm on the road and for some snacks/meals down there. Anything else I need Nicole probably already has or I can easily get it - there is a mall and/or grocery store everywhere you turn.
All have a great wee!! My plan is to continue my meal and exercise routine (in some way) to the extent possible and log each day.

Enjoy your trip! I am leaving tomorrow for SC to visit my Air Force kid and his family again. First time the husband is going with. He hasn't met our new granddaughter yet. Packing my cooler with lots of good food for both of us and taking some snacks as well. My biggest challenge is getting enough water in. Enjoy your time with the family and make sure to share pictures of you on the bike! :happy:0
