Well, FINALLY my scale has started to move. I was down two more pounds from the weekend when I stepped on it this morning! Obviously, this is not all fat loss, but it's nice to see that all of my hard work at the gym during the first thirty days of this challenge is finally showing up on there.

I think that all in all I lost about 5 pounds during the first half of the challenge, which is great. For this second half, I'll aim to at least match that - but preferably, I'll beat it!
