:happy: I'm looking to join up with any ladies of any age who are attending Curves with an option for anyone who has signed up for the Complete Curves. I am 56 and some days I feel like 45 and others I feel like I should be 6 feet under. I would like to swap ideas and see how we can all improve what we get out of going to the gym. And what we think of the diet and how we are coping.
