Injury

Well, I finally got in to see sports medicine. DOc says no running for 3-4 4 weeks, and then follow a strict return to runing program. She is encouraging cross training, she likes stationary cycling, but not spinning. She is okay with the eliptical but prefers the bike. I currently also weight train and go to yoga.

I feel like I am going to lose my mind in June.

    Sorry to hear about your injury.

    The ellip, cycling, and pool running are good ways to keep your cardiovascular fitness up when you can't run.
