So frustrated

Hi everyone! My little one just turned 6 months this week. I am exclusively breastfeeding still and will start him on solids sometime in the next few weeks. My body has been so stubborn about losing the weight. I have been tracking food some weeks and exercising some weeks then kind of give up the tracking and just try to eat good and stay active. I lost a good amount of weight after I had him, but it has been stuck ever since, still 20 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight. It will not budge. No matter what I do. I'm so frustrated. I'm not willing to quit breastfeeding but seriously, is anyone else having this hard of a time?! I'm so ready to fit back into my clothes again.

After I had my daughter three years ago (she was my second baby), I really buckled down when she was around 6 months old and was motivated and lost so much weight. This time I'm really having a hard time getting a good workout schedule going and sticking to it. It's like I start a program and then just cant' stick with it. I need a swift kick in the butt. I feel like if I could just get on a good schedule then I would be able to succeed. It's so hard now with three little ones ages 4,3, and 6 months. Plus we are moving in two weeks. Now it's pool season and I'm taking the kids to the pool. I just want to be healthy for them. Any tips on getting on a good schedule? It's so hard.

I've just had my third - 4.5 weeks ago - and have already started logging. Despite exercising and logging through pregnancy I reckon I have about 30lbs to lose  I'm mix feeding due to low supply (very sad about that, but it's happened with all of my kids) so I can't eat as much, so my calorie goal is 1650 at the moment.

I've been going for walks pretty much every day, and I'll be back at the gym after my 6 week check. I had a straightforward birth with no stitches after, but I want to get the go-ahead by my doctor first.

My older kids are 5 this month, and just turned 3.

I think it'll be hard, but I'm motivated for now! My plan is to do classes and gym sessions. I've got a friend I can go with, so that helps. If I book the classes online I'll have no excuses! My husband works shifts, which means he can watch the kids when he's home. I plan on doing 5 classes/gym sessions a week. I'm hoping to scrape enough money together for a few personal training sessions to give me a kick up the *kitten*!

I think the important thing is routine. Force yourself to do it for a few weeks and it'll become habit. Plus think of that time to yourself
