Jumpin' June Weight Loss Challenge - 2014

If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)

Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in April)
4/4/14= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
4/11/14=
4/18/14=
4/25/14= (Final weigh in for the month.)

The simplest way to do this is to find your previous weeks post, copy the text then click the reply button. Paste the text in and add your new weight.

Also, if you are quoting someone to send them a kudo or offer a hand up, please add @theirusername to the top of the text so we can keep who's who straight (very helpful when we get over 100 posts per month :-)

    Hoping for a big loss month in June. Now that the weather is finally decent I'll be getting a lot of outside time plus all my gym time. Now to keep the food part under control as well.

    I've been off track for a little while and have been gaining and losing the same five pounds for about a month, so I am going to be more consistent with my logging and exercise this month and get myself back on track.
