21 Days: Running For Our Lives Summer Challenge :noway:
Start Date: 5/1/14
:drinker: End Date: 5/21/14
:glasses: The Challenge:
This challenge is to run/jog/walk for at least 30 minutes (or miles) every day for 21 days.
(if need be, you can break the 30 minutes/miles up throughout the day)
:flowerforyou: Check-Ins:
Checking in each day is up to you. There is a mandatory "Check-In" every SUNDAY where you will post if you accomplished running/jogging/walking every day for 30 minutes/miles. Keep in mind that the more active our members the better we will be able to help support each other through the challenge![:smile: :smile:](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Weigh-Ins:
Weighing in is optional in this challenge and will be done on Sundays. Weight will be tracked under the topic "Weigh-In HERE". It will be your responsibility to input your weight each weigh-in.
:bigsmile: Motivation/Support:
Remember that the more active our members are in the group, the better the challenge will be!
Daily Challenges:
If running/jogging/walking is not enough for you, this group will also have mini daily challenges! You will be able to share your successes with other members!
:indifferent:
Inactive members: Keep in mind that in order to have a successful supporting group, we need active members! Those who are inactive will be taken out of the group. Thank you for your understanding!
