June 1st, 2014

Check-in post for June 1st, 2014. Once you finish your walking for the day, post your results here on this thread. Some ideas for what to include are:

Anything else you feel like sharing!

The next day, because I work nights, I will add up the total distance and post it.

    Did day 1 week 1 C25K On the liner trail. 2.4 miles run/walk mix and 2.4 miles home walking.
    total for day 1 4.8 miles.

    Way to go! Went for a walk with the fam to the beach/park and walked all along the beach looking for sea glass. Total = 2.63 miles. Heading to bed for a nap, now; work later.

    Day 1... 60 minute brisk walk ... 3.5 miles done feeling positive im going to start c25k on treadmill tomorrow to coincide with this challenge TC kate xx

    Run = 3.43 km
    Walk = 5.87 km

    TOTAL = 9.3 km (or 5.78 miles)

    * Run to workout group
    * Run / Walk home from workout group
    * Walk around downtown for Doors Open

    5 mile walk
    It was really hot in Las Vegas so I had to take a spray bottle. I WILL have to start getting my runs in EARLY!
