Did day 1 week 1 C25K On the liner trail. 2.4 miles run/walk mix and 2.4 miles home walking.

Way to go! Went for a walk with the fam to the beach/park and walked all along the beach looking for sea glass. Total = 2.63 miles. Heading to bed for a nap, now; work later.0 -
Day 1... 60 minute brisk walk ... 3.5 miles done feeling positive im going to start c25k on treadmill tomorrow to coincide with this challenge TC kate xx0
