i've only been doing one set of each thing... i just saw that it says reps throughout the day so i should add some! how many are you doing?
I just noticed this at the bottom of the page, which makes me feel better:
Reps throughout the day means that your goal is to get all of the numbers in by the end of the day. You can split the total number of reps for the day into manageable sets. In some of the challenges it is a necessity, in others an optional extra. Using this option will help you complete any challenge on your fitness level. Ideally, you want to do as fewer sets as possible. Most of the time you will begin to need this option a week or two into the challenge.

I went to out of station to do some ritual for my son to temple on friday. Thats y i could not do execise nor food log. To day night i came back. So tomorrow onwards means from tuesday i vl start frm day 12 where i hv left before.0

thank you! it's been easier for me to do every day because i am not traveling this month and have no excuses
, and the day for each challenge falls on that day of the month for me. i'm thinking i'll do another starting on 1 july, probably the squat challenge. i'll be traveling for work but should be able to do squats in my hotel room.

monday i hv demo class for upper primery students. actually my subject is mathematics, but they hv vacancy for science, so i m preparing for that one. feeling nervous.
5yrs before i taught to engineering students. now after the break of 5yrs i m going to teach in school.
