Would like to keep this board going. I know us Latinas/Latinos like to eat lots of good Mexican food and the majority of the foods have lots of calories.
any idea's or plan that has work for you please share it with all of us.
My weight has been up and down for the last 2 years and I have health concerns with Diabetic being high risk in my family and Heart disease I have to start taking this seriously.
I'm 56 years old and have bad knees i need to stop making excuses and just do it.
Well I hope we get this board up and about again.
anyone can start a topic it doesn't have to be me.
wish me luck on my tracking and drinking water :) I have to take in more water for sure.
