    Nutrition is always a big help. :)
    Also it would be awesome if beachbody made it so you could sample Shakeology before paying the large amount of money. ;) I really wanted to try it but after finding out the price I backed down. LOL

    Melody, Beachbody does offer sample packs. I will message you the link for them. I believe it is $20 and you get 1 sample of each of the 4 regular varieties (no vegan) Chocolate, Vanilla, Greenberry, and Strawberry. I will get the link now and send it to you.
