Let's help each other out and post recipes and ideas here for others to share! Here are a few to get you started:
1. If you like steak, this is freaking HEAVEN!!! I make this for guests during holidays even. It is awesome!

2. If you like pasta, get a spaghetti squash from the grocery store. Cut it in half, lightly coat the two sides in olive oil. Place them in the microwave, loosely covered. (I put them in a pie plate and just sit a second pie plate on top of them.) Microwave for 9-10 minutes, or until you can run a fork along the meat of the squash and it comes off like strands of spaghetti. Top with meat sauce and enjoy!
3. These chicken nuggets are pretty good and portable so they make for a good packed lunch.

4. If you miss bread, you can try these biscuits. They are good topped with an egg or two.
