Fundal Height Measuring Slightly Small

Hi - I had a doctor's appointment last week when I was at 28w/4days - my fundal height was measuring 27 1/2 weeks. This also happened at my previous appointment before that, I seem to be measuring about a week behind. My doctor doesn't seem concerned, but I wanted to see if other's are measuring slightly small? Since this is my first pregnancy and I was very active before pregnancy and continue to be throughout this pregnancy (much slower paced) - I was reading that "well conditioned abdominal muscles can give a slightly smaller fundal height" - I don't know if that's the reason. I just hope my baby is on track growth-wise. I'm sure since my doctor isn't worried, then I shouldn't be either. Just wanted to see if other's are measuring a little small?

Opposite, actually. I have been measuring ahead since Day 1.

Just wanted to tell you, that the amount of water in your baby's bubble can affect the measurement.

Be sure you are eating and drinking plenty. So long as there is no problems there, I see no reason for concern.

Is it possible you really aren't as far along as you think you are?

Thanks!! I'm trying really hard to stay hydrated, so I don't think that would be it? My due date should be pretty accurate, but maybe it's off by a week? My doctor hasn't mentioned that might be the reason. My doctor doesn't seem concerned, I'm just eager now to have my next ultrasounds (in 5 weeks, ugh!) to see how my little girl is growing! I'm sure that may tell me more information, just hoping everything is on track with her growth!
