So, I fell off the diet wagon and went back to wight watchers. I do believe they have a great program for folks who need to lose 50 or less lbs. However for folks who need to lose 150-200 lbs, its just not practical to tell someone to only expect to lose 2 lbs a week, which is average for someone just losing 10-50 lbs.
I have been toying with the idea of having the gastric bypass and I actually will be going in tomorrow to see the Dr and get the ball rolling. They have this 1200 calorie diet they put you on to lose a few lbs prior to the surgery. I am on that part and a lot of people seem to get on this, and lose a lot of weight and just continue on their own. I am going to see how it all goes but I am going to move forward with my plan to get this done.
