Dumping

When you eat something that for any reason comes back up how do you note that in the MFP Food Diary?

I had 6 oz. tilapia tonight and it came up after 1/2 hour or so. I think I ate too much, too fast.

I went back to my food diary and adjusted the fish to 50% of what it previously was recorded as.

Was this how you should do it? If not, what is the proper procedure to log this?

Never had to do it, but that is what I would have done. Curious to hear what other peeps have to say.

i just leave it in the diary. When I bring it back up, like I just did about 15 min ago, I'm done eating for the day anyway.

I typically only lose the "too much", as in I ate one or two bites more than I should have and that's what comes up. I don't adjust the log for that as I didn't lose the entire meal.

PS - I always thought Dumping was when your body quickly pushed the food through the digestive tract and it caused major runs? I've heard of WLS patients getting this from too much sugar or fatty foods and it was referred to as "Dumping".
