I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Hi everybody! I've always struggled with the rollercoaster of weight as well as other things in my life. I've focused on others so much I forgot to take care of myself thinking that it was selfish to focus on me. Now I know that to love others I need to love myself as well. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and Love your neighbors as yourself....... God gave us these bodies and we need to take care of them! I was so focused on not looking in the mirror and not focusing on my looks that I lost the point intended. God loves us and we should love ourselves and respect and take care of what God has given us. I want to be encouraged and I want to encourage others.......
