Finding strength and determination can be the hardest thing to do when it comes to weight loss. However, it is imperative to have in order to succeed. Where is it found? How to keep it? And how long will it stay? Weight loss is a journey that takes time and effort but worth every moment. Every day is a new day! We must continue to strive for our goals of looking and feeling better.
